Thank you Kanchan for your honest and vulnerable writing. I am sorry to hear that you went through burnout, but I assure you that many of us are, and your writing will resonate with them. Kudos to you for taking charge of your life. It could not have been an easy change to make.

Your art is the balm in a burning world. Please keep writing, the world needs it.

Your experience and writing was a bitter-sweet reminder to my own mantra that I needed to re-visit, “Surely but slowly” and I think that’s the true power of such beautiful and honest writing !

I'd love to know your experience with 'the artist way'. It has helped me through a difficult time. Do you still write morning pages? How does that help you?

Hey Namrata - I try to write the pages, if not in morning than whenever I get time during the day. There's something magical about letting thoughts flow onto paper, whether it's at dawn or dusk. It's been my most reliable way to declutter my mind and find clarity tbh.
